Our Young Onset Dementia Group provides a warm, supportive space to explore these experiences alongside other who truly understand. Alongside the main group, family members, partners, and friends will have access to a separate, supported space

Music Mirrors: Your Life Story Through Mirrors

 

This unique service is designed for individuals living with dementia who wish to capture and preserve their life story through music.

Our evidence based service includes 4 weekly sessions (1 hour each) at the hub. You’ll reminisce about key life moments and identify songs or sounds that hold significance. These will be collated into your Music Mirror, complete with link to YOUTUBE clips. You’re welcome to bring a loved one for support during these sessions
